‘Say Yes To Yog, Say No To Rog’ :  B&WSSC launches Yoga Booklet on  International Yoga day

Launch comes on the same day after PM Modi emphasises the benefits of yoga in our daily lives

Delhi, 20th June, 2019: Mr Modi is a yoga enthusiast himself and June 21 was designated World Yoga Day on his suggestion in his speech at the UN General Assembly in 2014.

In line with the vision of Hon’ble Prime Minister, Beauty & Wellness Sector Skill Council, set up under the aegis of the National Skill Development Corporation, on the occasion of International Yoga Day launched its first ever Yoga Book titled Say Yes To Yog, Say No To Rog.

B&WSSC has always been active in promoting and organizing programmes for Yoga, and this led to motivating them in writing a book about it.

The book Say Yes To Yog, No To Rog, has primarily five chapters which includes History & Origin of Yoga, Why Yoga, Benefits of Yoga, Relevance of Yoga in Everyday Life & B&WSSC efforts in promoting Yoga.

Speaking on the launch of the book Ms. Geetanjli Agrawal, CEO, B&WSCC said ” We have been following the footsteps of Our Hon’ble Prime Minister to preach the fitness mantra i.e yoga. Therefore, through our industry and training partners, we have been actively training people and providing certifications under various institutions. ”

The launch of the handbook Witnessed the presence of eminent dignitaries from the beauty and wellness sector like Dr. Blossom Kocchar, Gita Ramesh, Kairali, Arpita Das, Beauness by Arpita, Dr. R.N. Nair, Bapu Nature Cure Hospital & Yogashram
