Dated: 05.07.2021 GOOD WORK DONE BY THE AATS STAFF OF, DWARKA DISTRICT, NEW DELHI  BLIND ROBBERY CASE OF PS SEC 23 DWARKA SOLVE BY THE TEAM OF AATS DWARKA DISTRICT.

 COMPLAINANT SUMIT PAL MADE A FAKE CALL REGARDING ROBBERY OF THE TSR AND CASH 1000/- ON KNIFE BY THREE UNKNOWN PERSON.  COMPLAINANT WANTS TO CLAIM HIS TSR INSURANCE, SO HE MADE A FAKE CALL AND MISGUIDE POLICE. In Dwarka District police staff is being motivated and briefed regularly to develop intelligence and to collect information about the criminals as well as suspicious strangers roaming in the area and verifying suspicious persons through E-Beat Book of Delhi Police. They have also been directed to patrol in civil clothes & also to keep an eye on the Jail-Bail released criminals, who are involved in crime again. INCIDENT:- In the intervening night of 01-02/06/21, a call was received from police control room that TSR and cash 1000/rs were robbed on the point of knife by three unknown people from Golf Course Link Road Dwarka Delhi. On that call as per the statement of complainant Sumit Pal R/o Kutub Vihar, Phase-1st, Gali No. 9, Goyala Dairy, Delhi ACTION TAKEN:- Accordingly, a case vide FIR No. 247/21 U/s 392/34 IPC was registered at Police Station-Dwarka Sec 23, Dwarka Distt. INVESTIGATION:- Seeing the gravity of crime a dedicated team of AATS Dwarka District led by Inspr Kamlesh Kumar, SI Vikas, ASI Kartar Singh, HC Sonu, Ct. Rajesh and Ct Rajbir was deployed immediately in the supervision of Inspr Ram Kishan, I/c AATS Dwarka and overall supervision of Sh. Vijay Singh, ACP/Ops Dwarka District to solve the case. During search of culprits, the help of the technical surveillance team was taken but none of the footage was found as per the version explain by the complainant. Complainant Sumit was examined. Initially, he repeated the same story as mention in the FIR but after the interrogation in detail, he disclosed that he is TSR Driver and TSR was taken by him on rent. On 13/06/21, he went to Bhopra Border UP by TSR and his TSR was stolen from the Bhopra UP by some unknown person. In this regard he made a complaint in the Police Station of Teela Mod, Bhopra UP and informed to TSR Owner about the complaint. Thereafter, they approached to insurance agency but insurance agency wants a FIR in Delhi as he had a permit of TSR only Delhi area. Hence, to fulfill the requirements of the insurance agency, he made a fake call regarding Robbery of the TSR and cash 1000/- on knife by three unknown person. Copy of complaint filed at PS-Tila Mod Gaziabad UP has also been recovered from his possession. Copy of complainant and the complainant have been handed over to Sec 23 Dwarka Police Station.
