Bareilly: Stone pelting between two parties over tying a mare. Heavy stone pelting took place over showing dominance. A youth who was recording the video of the incident was beaten up. Video of stone pelting and attack went viral. Case filed against 2 dozen bullies under serious sections. Incident took place in Kanungoyan Mohalla of Faridpur police station.
